Manchester United’s new-boy Anthony Martial ‘cannot wait to get started’ at Old Trafford, according to his new teammate and French compatriot Morgan Schneiderlin. The pair would have spent a lot of time together on international duty, and the 25-year old midfielder Schneiderlin is full of praise for the young striker.
“It’s been some week for him. But he has been amazing.” Schneiderlin said. “The way he has coped with this, we’ve all been so impressed. He has a smart head on his shoulders.”
“We’ve been chatting a lot and he cannot wait to get started at Manchester United. He’s a very good player, he has a big future ahead of him.”
Its great to see how excited this young talent is. At just 19 the pressure on him must be ridiculously high, but I’m amazed at how well he has coped with it so far.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see him feature from the off against Liverpool, and I’d have full confidence in him to be able to handle the situation like water off a ducks back.
