Manchester United are planning for a large overhaul of the squad this summer, with a whole host of names being linked with a move to Old Trafford over the last few weeks. The latest name on that list is Nico Gaitan of SL Benfica.
Gaitan, 27, has a deal in place to join Manchester United this summer subject to his clubs permission – claim The Metro.
Honestly, Gaitan shouldn’t be a priority right now. We have an abundance of talent in his position and we should be looking to bring in a centre-back, right-back, central midfielder and a striker.
That said, the Argentinian is clearly a talented player. He has been linked with us on numerous occasions over the last few years, but I honestly cannot see this one happening.
Would Gaitan be a good signing? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.
