Manchester United made an extremely bold decision over the summer, when Louis van Gaal chose to let Javier Hernandez leave the club on a permanent transfer. The Mexican has been banging in the goals for fun out in Germany with Bayer Leverkusen, and Arsenal could well be in for the hitman.
According to Don Balon, Alexis Sanchez has urged Arsene Wenger to sign Javier Hernandez in the January transfer window, due to his goalscoring prowess.
Having scored an extremely impressive 22 goals already, the striker will be touted by some of the top clubs in Europe once again, and it would certainly be painful to see Hernandez come back in England, especially for Arsenal.
You’d imagine that it’d be tough for Wenger to lure him to the Emirates Stadium in the middle of the season, but if he keeps finding the back of the net, then a move in the summer could well come to fruition.
