The transfer summer is already in full swing for Manchester United, despite the window not officially opening just yet. Rumours are circulating from every corner of Europe, and the latest one comes in the form of an outgoing transfer brought to us by the Spanish newspaper, Sport.
Sport say that Angel di Maria is a primary target for the Catalan side Barcelona.
Di Maria joined United for a huge £60million transfer fee, and despite making a fantastic start to life at Old Trafford, things slowed down dramatically after the turn of the year.
The 27-year old put that down to burnout because of the World Cup from the previous summer, and has repeatedly expressed his desire to stay at Old Trafford beyond this summer.
To me, this transfer rumour seems completely unrealistic, not to mention that Barca themselves have a transfer ban imposed upon them.

Unrealistic is being complimentary to Spanish newspapers. AS is a Catalan paper which is basically written by Barcelona employees.
