Angel di Maria has reportedly chose Manchester United as his next football club, according to Guillem Balague of Sky Sports News. Balague broke the news moments ago on Sky Sports 5, and suggested that talks have already taken place, and will continue early next week.
He added that Manchester United are willing to meet their €60-70m valuation of the player, and he’ll wear the #7 shirt at Old Trafford. Cristiano Ronaldo reportedly had a big part to play in the deal, after telling Di Maria that he should choose Manchester United over PSG.
Now, we know that the deal isn’t anywhere close to being done, but its huge that he wants to come and play for Manchester United; and we’re seemingly interested in bringing him in.
Balague: “Di Maria has chosen Manchester United as his next club.” He said. “He will be Manchester United’s new #7”.
