BREAKING: United make second Fabregas bid

According to Sky Sources, Manchester United have made an improved bid of £30million plus add-ons for Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas. United’s initial bid thought to be around £26million was rejected by the Catalan side, as they insisted their attacking midfielder wasn’t for sale at any price.

It’ll be interesting to see just how much they’d be willing to let Fabregas go for, because at the end of the day, every player has their price. When you factor in that they are currently without a manager, the board may decide to cash in while they can.

  1. And… United still won’t sign him, Arsenal have first refusal at 25m and if another club buys him Arsenal get a percentage of the transfer fee. I believe they would have to sell him on for somewhere in the region of 60m I’ll they where to make 1 penny of profit on him. So I think it’s safe to say he’s either staying put, running his contract down or re joining Arsenal.
