United have rejected an improved £30million offer from Chelsea for striker Wayne Rooney. This follows an initial bid of £25million, which was quickly rejected leaving Wayne ‘angry and confused’. Moyes has remained firm in his stance on Wayne Rooney, insisting that the 27-year old is not for sale at any price.
