Bruno Fernandes won yet another honour this week, being named December POTM for Manchester United.
Football is and always will be a team game. Sometimes, though, you get those special players who can change things single-handedly. The impact Bruno Fernandes has made at Old Trafford has been unbelievably-brilliant and we’re so lucky to have him.
These Player of the Month awards for Bruno just keep on coming. Be it club ones, Premier League monthly honours or even Team of the Month’s, our Portuguese Magnifico has been in practically all of them since he arrived.
I think we all expected great things from our #18 but nobody knew he’d be this influential. Goals, assists, leadership, work ethic. Fernandes brings all of it to the table in abundance and it’s fantastic to see him reaping those rewards on a personal level.

The photo epitomises the team unity that’s in the United camp right now. Marcus Rashford was returning the favour for all the assists Bruno has given him this month – and long may that continue.
At this point, there’s only so much praise we can heap on Fernandes. I guess the hope now is that this form can push us deep into cup competitions and drive us into a genuine title challenge.
He’s won all the personal accolades a man can win without delivering major pieces of silverware. Now, it’s about winning those big trophies like the Premier League. With Fernandes at the heart of our team, I genuinely believe that anything is possible. Now, it’s about him staying injury-free for the rest of this campaign and hoping that we can secure enough points to make it #21 in 2021.
Congratulations on another stellar month, Bruno!
