Manchester United’s pre-season tour starts here. Jose Mourinho’s men will play a whole host of games against some top drawer opposition as their preparation for the 2017/18 campaign gets underway. Now, the club have revealed just exactly who’ll take part.
The Red Devils took to Twitter to announce a 27-man squad that’ll be flying out to Los Angeles, where our first game will take place against the LA Galaxy on July 15th.

The name that sticks out first and foremost is that of Victor Lindelof. United’s new signing will be keen to impress manager Mourinho, in the hope of earning his place in the starting XI when it comes to the Premier League opening day against West Ham United next month.
It’s also great to see a whole host of top young talents being given their opportunity. Demetri Mitchell is the one that I’m looking forward to seeing in action as he debut on the final day of the season was a mightily impressive one. Andreas Pereira must also be feeling pretty good about life after getting his name thrown into the ring following an excellent loan spell with Granada.
On top of that, there are spots in the squad for all the usual suspects like David de Gea, Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba.
