We all know just how monumental of a task the former RB Leipzig boss has on his hands here. This is a squad full of mercenaries, cry babies and as Gary Neville so aptly put it, whinge bags.
With games coming thick and fast, changes to the line-up were always going to be made here. Rangnick has made six in fact, with the team now in…
Check out our confirmed MUFC XI vs Burnley in full here:
David de Gea starts this one in between the sticks, with the Spaniard once again looking like our best player this term. He’s been supremely consistent, which is why Dean Henderson is looking to move away…
Aaron Wan-Bissaka starts at right-back in place of Diogo Dalot, which is somewhat surprising given the latter’s form recently. Over on the left-hand side, Luke Shaw comes back into the mix. Harry Maguire plays and captain’s United, with Eric Bailly coming in for Raphael Varane – presumably because the Frenchman has only just returned from injury.
Scott McTominay keeps his place after an average display, with Nemanja Matic getting the nod over Fred in the holding-midfield position.
Jadon Sancho starts again here, with the Englishman looking far more confident over the last few weeks. Mason Greenwood also plays in place of Marcus Rashford, which is absolutely the right decision.
Cristiano Ronaldo leads the line as per usual, with our Portuguese superstar expected to carry the burden of our attack again. He will be joined by El Matador, Edinson Cavani, for the first time this season.
Come on you Reds!
