The confirmed MUFC team news vs Crystal Palace is now in, with Hannibal Mejbri given a full debut.

In a season filled with plenty of promise at the start, Manchester United’s campaign is ending horribly.

The players have all-but given up. Ralf Rangnick has done his best with this bunch of bad eggs…

I’ll be honest, I’m ready for this one to end, purely so we can move on to bigger and better things under Erik ten Hag.

Alas, we have one final game to play this afternoon against Crystal Palace. It’s not going to be easy, in fact, I imagine it’ll be rather painful. However, we’ve been given one glimmer of hope in the form of Hannibal Mejbri.

Yes, the young midfielder starts for the Red Devils this afternoon. Anyway, let’s give you a full rundown of the team.

Check out the confirmed MUFC XI vs Crystal Palace here:

David de Gea starts in between the sticks here, with the Spaniard finishing out the season which he started as the undisputed number one.

Diogo Dalot gets the nod at right-back, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka nowhere to be seen. The gaffer has stuck with Alex Telles in the left-back position, though I thought we’d see Alvaro Fernandez possibly included. Harry Maguire finishes out 2021/22 with the armband, with Victor Lindelof completing the back four.

Fred plays in the centre of midfield here, as does Scott McTominay. It looks like these two will sit a little deeper than Bruno Fernandes.

Anthony Elanga starts on the wing in this one, with Hannibal likely playing opposite the Swede. We’ve barely seen Edinson Cavani of late but he leads the line in his last appearance wearing our famous strip.

Come on boys, let’s end the season strong!
