The confirmed MUFC XI for their away game vs Leicester City is now in…

Man United have won two on the spin, with the Old Trafford club looking to keep the momentum rolling with a potentially tricky away game at Leicester City.

The Foxes have stuttered at the start of this campaign, though their talent and ability cannot be denied. They’re a team capable of beating anyone on their day, so it’s up to United to ensure they play their best football here.

It goes without saying, Erik ten Hag now has a pretty decent squad at his disposal. I was fully expecting rotation to start here, though credit where it’s due, the Dutch gaffer is sticking with what has worked for him in the previous two matches.

Anyway, the confirmed line-up is now in, so let’s give you the full run down…

Check out the confirmed MUFC XI vs Leicester City in full here:

David de Gea does keep his place in between the sticks, though weirdly, Ten Hag has named two goalkeepers on the substitutes bench…

Diogo Dalot remains at right-back, while Tyrell Malacia is quickly making himself undroppable in that left-back position. The back two of Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane seem to be forming quite the bond. It makes sense to keep that rolling.

There’s no start for Casemiro, who has to settle for a place amongst the substitutes. Scott McTominay plays in that defensive-midfield position, alongside Christian Eriksen. Bruno Fernandes starts in the #10 slot, while also wearing the captain’s armband.

It looks as though Marcus Rashford will once again lead the line here, with Anthony Elanga and Jadon Sancho to his right and left respectively. No doubt Antony will start challenging for starts soon, now that his signing has been confirmed.

  1. How come Man.Utd are still like very nervy and again the consistency is still not there. Alot of mistakes in their passing. Also slow and no one confident to take the ball forward and run. They cannot keep up the rhythm of winning their next game after win. I hope they do not lose this one.

  2. Marcus Rashford is not very quick or alert. He needs to score. He had so many good chances and he seems not taking it and keeps blowing it away. They still need some stability. Their passing has to be more accurate. Otherwise they will lose the game. Always passing it back and not trying to move forward. They need to help the goalie. Scott Mctomminay and Bruno were excellent players for today. Also Eriksson and Sancho. I must say Sancho is always an outstanding player. Dalot as well and all our defenders. They will lose the game if they do not score anymore.

  3. Marcus Rashford looked like he needed some rest. Sancho should have been on.
David Dea was excellent in his goal keeping.

  4. Congrats to Man.Utd. Try to keep on moving higher with your skills.
Thanks to our excellent young player Jadon Sancho. He will get his pairing from our new player Antony who has some same skills as like Antony. His leg work really great.
You all only must learn to be a bit more faster and move forward with the ball.
