Manchester United’s most important game of the season is now less than an hour away. Jose Mourinho’s side take on FC Rostov at Old Trafford tonight, with the tie finely poised at 1-1 from the first leg.
The game itself will certainly be an interesting one, with the Red Devils hoping to seal their place in the last eight. The team news is now in, and as expected, the self-proclaimed Special One has named an extremely strong eleven.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic comes back into the side after his domestic ban, and there is also a place in the line-up for Eric Bailly who missed the match against Chelsea.
Ander Herrera and Henrikh Mkhitaryan both only played half an hour in that aforementioned game against The Blues, due to the former getting sent off and subsequently the latter was subbed off.
Sergio Romero starts in between the sticks, with our Portuguese coach choosing to give David de Gea a rest.
Starting XI
Romero; Valencia, Bailly, Smalling, Rojo; Pogba, Blind, Herrera; Mata, Mkhitaryan, Ibrahimovic.
Subs: De Gea, Jones, Lingard, Carrick, Young, Rashford, Fellaini.
