Manchester United Football Club simply have to win this coming game this evening, as the reds lost last time out away at Feyenoord. That means Mourinho’s men are already three points off the pace, and a win here is essential we hold any aspirations of topping the group.
Jose’s team selection certainly reflects that as he has gone extremely strong in terms of the starting line-up. Sergio Romero does come in for David de Gea, and we’ll also see Marouane Fellaini and Timothy Fosu-Mensah restored to the line-up.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Ashford are also amongst the starters. The manager has also chosen to give Paul Pogba another game which will be great for his confidence.
Hopefully, the lads can go out and put on an utterly dominant display and get that morale flowing through the side once again.
Confirmed Starting XI:
Romero, Fosu-Mensah, Smalling (c), Bailly, Rojo, Pogba, Fellaini, Lingard, Mata, Rashford, Ibrahimovic
Subs: Johnstone, Carrick, Schneiderlin, Young, Martial, Memphis, Rooney
