David Moyes has named his starting line-up as Manchester United prepare to take on Shakhtar Donetsk, and the big surprise is that Wayne Rooney doesn’t even make the bench. The England striker reportedly picked up a shin injury in training, and Danny Welbeck comes in to replace him.
It looks like United will line up in the 4-3-3 formation, and the three of Fellaini, Carrick and Cleverley in the middle looks very strong. Although this game isn’t a must win for Moyes, it is a must not lose as every point counts in Champions League group football.
