Confirmed starting XI: West Ham vs Man United (Premier League, 2019)

Manchester United take on West Ham United at the London Stadium this afternoon, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men look to make it three wins from three.

For the Baby Faced Assassin, the injury crisis is still rocking the squad hard. None of Anthony Martial, Luke Shaw or Paul Pogba are involved here.

Anyway, the starting XI for the game today has now been confirmed by the official club Twitter account; and Solskjaer has gone with the same team that looked in control against Leicester City last weekend.

David de Gea starts in between the sticks. This is the first match he’ll play with a new contract under his belt.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka gets the nod at right-back, while Ashley Young continues from the left-back position. Harry Maguire is obviously starting, while Victor Lindelof could be considered rather lucky to keep his place.

Scott McTominay gets the nod in the defensive-midfield spot with Nemanja Matic playing alongside him. Andreas Pereira makes up the trio, though Fred is mightily unlucky to be named as a substitute.

Marcus Rashford leads the line in Martial’s absence, while Dan James is fit enough to start. Juan Mata will be tasked with providing that creative spark.
