David de Gea ‘fit and ready to go’ for Manchester United

Manchester United have been handed another boost ahead of the away trip to Arsenal this coming Saturday. Goalkeeper David de Gea is fit and ready to go, according to Spanish media outlet Sport. The keeper injured his finger in training with Spain about a week ago, but was named on the bench for their next two games.

De Gea has been in brilliant form for Manchester United recently, and the side need some consistency from their back five. He’s been getting used to new defenders playing in front of him, and if he can’t play then it’d be Anders Lindegaard’s first meaningful start in almost a year – a huge risk in probably our biggest game of the season.

If there is a risk involved in playing David de Gea, its certainly one Louis van Gaal will have to take.

Would you risk David de Gea if he’s not 100%? Leave your thoughts in the comment box below.
