David de Gea SNUBS Real Madrid to stay at Manchester United

David de Gea will remain at Manchester United, after various sources, including The Express, have claimed that the Spaniard will reject Real Madrid in favour of signing a new contract at Old Trafford. This is great news for Manchester United and their fans, who have been anxiously waiting news about this new deal for a few weeks now.

The media go as far as saying that the deal should be done within the next few weeks, and its certain that David de Gea will get himself a hefty pay-rise due to some outstanding goalkeeping over the past 18 months or so.

De Gea cost United £18million back in 2011, and the 24-year old’s stock has certainly risen since then. He won Manchester United Player of the Year for last season, and as of right now he’s a sure bet to win it again if he continues this form come next summer.
