David Moyes to be replaced as Manchester United manager?

According to reports in Italy, Antonio Conte is in-line to take over from David Moyes as Manchester United boss should our bad run continue. Tuttosport are claiming that Sir Alex Ferguson has met Juve’s director Marcelo Lippi, and claimed Conte is the man to save Manchester United.

Antonio Conte has done a wonderful job in Turin with very little money available. Juve are currently the Italian champions, and he infamously added Paul Pogba to his squad in 2012.

Juventus have been dumped out of the Champions League already, and the club are trying to convince Conte that next year they’ll have a team capable of competing on the European stage to prevent any move away for the manager.

If David Moyes were to leave, and thats currently a big if right now, Conte would certainly be up there in terms of a replacement. For me the ideal candidate would be Jurgen Klopp, but I still believe David Moyes will get at least two years at the helm so he has time to implement his own ideas.
