Dylan Levitt has left Manchester United, joining NK Istra on loan for the season’s remainder…
Manchester United Football Club have always done their utmost when it comes to developing youth and giving the next generation a chance.
Sometimes, though, there just aren’t enough minutes to go around. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer would sanction a loan move for Dylan Levitt before this season kicked off, with the Wales international heading to Charlton Athletic in League One.
Sadly, Levitt’s time with Charlton didn’t go as planned, with United eventually pulling the plug on the deal due to a lack of playing time. However, the midfielder has now found another short-term home.
The 20-year-old United starlet, who has one senior appearance for the Reds under his belt, will now head to NK Istra 1961. The Croatian club would confirm the news via their social media channels yesterday.

First and foremost, this is an exciting opportunity for Levitt. Hopefully now, he’ll get the first-team minutes his talent deserves.
There is one small issue, though. NK Istra currently sit bottom of the Croatian league, meaning Levitt is seriously getting thrown right in at the deep end.
Hopefully, Levitt can hit the ground running and play well from the first minute. That’s exactly what he needs as a confidence-booster to turn things around.
No doubt Solskjaer will be a keen onlooker from afar as Levitt is a player who the Norwegian obviously believes in – otherwise he wouldn’t have given him his chance against Astana in last season’s Europa League.
