Manchester United are in the middle of a challenging few weeks. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hit his first major roadblock last time out, as his side were beaten at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain.
Things don’t get any easier as United head South to take on Chelsea in a huge FA Cup clash at Stamford Bridge. It has been a notoriously unhappy hunting ground for the reds down the years, so we should expect another tough test this time around.
Ahead of the game, the Baby Faced Assassin was hit with a few injury concerns. With both Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial set to miss the clash, there was some big decisions for Solskjaer to make.
Now, the eagled-eyed reporters over at the Manchester Evening News have spotted United’s travelling party. Amongst those included is Tahith Chong – who could be in line for a massive opportunity on the biggest stage.
Alexis Sanchez has also travelled despite his own injury concerns, while the usual suspects including Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford and David de Gea have all travelled.
If we can get back to winning ways in this one, it’d be a massive morale-booster going into another crucial fixture at home to Liverpool in the Premier League, but that’s far easier said than done.
Putting injuries to one side, this is an extremely talented squad and if the players perform like we know they can, there is every chance we can get a positive result.
