European giant Juventus are still working hard to seal a deal to sign Jadon Sancho from Man United.

Manchester United Football Club have made some excellent signings this summer. INEOS certainly are giving Erik ten Hag a real platform to build on.

Alongside those additions, some players simply have to leave by way of balancing the books, particularly in this modern-day era.

One man who has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford is Jadon Sancho. The Englishman endured a major fallout with the manager and although the two have made up, the winger hasn’t featured in the opening two Premier League matchday squads.

Now, Gianluca Di Marzio has provided an update on that front. He says that the European giant Juventus are now ‘pushing to bring’ in the United player before the summer deadline.

The winger has been identified to complete the Juventus attack, with the Italian club working to reach an agreement with United. Chelsea are also said to be keen.

It’s unclear as to whether this is a permanent deal or a loan move at this current time. United are thought to want somewhere around £40m to sell Sancho, so a short-term move with some sort of obligation to buy could make the most sense.

It’s a shame that it hasn’t quite worked out for Sancho in Manchester, though selling the Englishman does make sense. There’s just too much water under the bridge between him and Ten Hag, while let’s be honest, the performances haven’t really been great either…

I’d be astounded if the Reds can move on from his hefty wages in a permanent deal this summer, but if either Chelsea or Juventus are willing to make that happen then it’d be a great piece of business.
