Everton demanding £100m for Man United target Richarlison: report

Being amongst the richest clubs always ensures that Manchester United Football Club have money to spend. It’s just that last summer, they chose not to…

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will need heavy backing this time around, with the Red Devils looking to majorly overhaul a struggling squad. Today, in an exclusive, The Sun has thrown a new potential transfer target into the mix; Everton attacker Richarlison.

Apparently, FC Barcelona are linked with a move for the top-class 22-year-old, who Everton will demand £100million for.

However, The Sun’s sources are telling them that Richarlison doesn’t want to leave the Premier League, which has put United on ‘red alert’.

Richarlison scored 17 goals across all competitions during his debut season with Everton – which is an impressive tally for a man so young.

What I like most about the Brazilian is his versatility. Not only can Richarlison play as the starting striker, but he’s also excellent coming off either flank. In a free-flowing frontline that allows players to chop and change their positions with each differing attack, he’d be perfect.

I am, however, massively put off by Everton’s asking price. You can’t blame them for wanting to double their money, particularly as he’s only been at Goodison Park for just one season, so I’d be surprised if United sanctioned a deal that would see Richarlison become our record signing.
