According to the usually reliable Mark Ogden and the Telegraph, United aren’t giving up their pursuit of Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas just yet. The broadsheet are claiming David Moyes will submit one more bid for the 26-year old, with a fee of around £40million being mentioned.
Lets be honest, the first thought in everyones head is why are we going back in for the midfielder? Moyes must know something we don’t and he obviously must’ve been given an indicator that Fabregas isn’t 100% happy at the club, or that Barca are willing to sell the attacking midfielder at a certain price.
It seems silly to waste more time in pursuit of the ex-Arsenal man, especially as the transfer deadline is fast approaching, with just under three weeks before it slams shut.
The Telegraph also insist that Moyes will return to former club Everton in a double swoop for Marouane Fellaini and Leighton Baines.
