Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal labelled Radamel Falcao ‘only fit enough for 20 minutes a game’ last night, and today his wife has taken to Instagram and responded to those comments. She said that her husband is ‘100% ready to give everything’, and thats exactly the right attitude El Tigre should have.
The 28-year old’s career at Old Trafford hasn’t really got going yet, but bare in mind he’s three months into a nine month loan deal, so he’ll have to start firing soon if he wants to remain a Manchester United player and justify those hefty wages that he’s reportedly earning.
Everyone knows Radamel Falcao is one of the most prolific goal scorers in the game when fit, but thats exactly the problem at the moment. There is no doubt that United wanted to take the Columbian on a permanent deal in the summer, but there are serious question marks about that move at this moment in time. A lot can change quickly in football, and Falcao will have to work his socks off to prove that he is worthy sooner rather than later.
