Fellaini deal almost complete

The Sun’s Neil Custis, who covers news for both Manchester United and Manchester City, has confirmed that a deal for Marouane Fellaini to United is ‘close to being completed’. This transfer is perhaps the most obvious one that’ll happen for United today, the question is, will any more players be joining Fellaini at Old Trafford?

The 25-year old Belgian was Everton’s top scorer last season, as he found the net an impressive twelve times in all competitions. United need that goal scoring midfielder, and the last time a player in that position scored more than 10 goals in a single season was Paul Scholes way back in 2002.

Moyes previously signed the big Belgian for £15m back in 2008, and he has enjoyed a successful five years at Goodison, Moyes now wants to bring him to Old Trafford.

Somewhat surprisingly it is still quiet on any other potential incomings at Old Trafford, and with around 10 hours to go now, it isn’t looking likely.
