Yesterday afternoon, Jose Mourinho was relieved of his first team duties at Chelsea, and as you’d expect, Manchester United fans were out in full force, praying that the board here would do the same and appoint ‘the special one’ as boss at Old Trafford.
One man who is clearly an advocate of that idea is former Manchester United starlet, Ravel Morrison. Big things were once expected of the Manchester-born star, but his off-field attitude certainly hampered his progress.
However he is a well-known Manchester United fan, and he usually has his say when something major happens. Today he tweeted Manchester United’s official feed, telling them to ‘take Jose’ and make him our next manager.
Whilst its unlikely that anything happens before the end of the season, Manchester United could well take a look at Mourinho if he is still unemployed come the summer.
