Manchester United are in desperate need of three points tomorrow, as they try to edge closer to bringing those famous European nights back to Old Trafford next season. A tricky trip to Crystal Palace awaits, with Louis van Gaal putting his players through their paces today.
There were a few notable absentees from training today though, with Michael Carrick ruled out for the season he is now focusing on getting fit for next term.
Rafael da Silva wasn’t involved, and in reality he has probably played his last game for Manchester United already, with a summer move away looking extremely likely.
Marcos Rojo did train, but he is only expected to make the bench tomorrow. James Wilson was also involved in a minor capacity, despite suffering from a virus.
