Jadon Sancho’s move to Manchester United is close to being confirmed, but where will the Englishman fit in?
Manchester United were keen on signing Jadon Sancho when he moved on from Manchester City in 2017. In the end, the Englishman would head to Borussia Dortmund. That turned out to be a wise decision.
Now, aged 21, Sancho is returning back to Manchester, but this time to the Red half. The deal is all-but-confirmed, with Borussia Dortmund announcing that a fee had been agreed.
The deal is complete subject to a medical, which will take place presumably when Sancho returns from international duty with England. This transfer had us thinking, where exactly would Sancho fit in the everyone is fit and healthy?
Check out our predicted Man United XI with Jadon Sancho in:

First and foremost, that looks like a strong starting line-up. Aside from finding a partner for Harry Maguire in place of Victor Lindelof and possibly replacing Scott McTominay for someone better, this is a solid team from 1-11.
United haven’t had that elite level right-winger since Cristiano Ronaldo left and Sancho can definitely come in and make that position in the team his own from day one. We could also see Sancho over on the left-hand side from time to time, too.
Pace on the counter-attack, intelligent passing and run-making, with an excellent shot on him to-boot. Sancho will no doubt pick up his fair share of goal contributions in the 2021/22 season and our attack suddenly looks even more frightening.
Factor in the likes of Mason Greenwood, Anthony Martial, Amad and Daniel James on the bench and this squad is jam-packed with serious attacking quality.
Now, if we can work on that defence…
