Manchester United’s injury situation has took a turn for the worst recently, with Luke Shaw’s devastating injury and Bastian Schweinsteiger picking up a knock whilst on international duty. Those problems don’t seem to be letting up, and this latest one has affected one of the clubs best prospects.
Manchester United’s U18s were beaten 3-1 by Sunderland today, but the game was overshadowed due to an injury to their standout player, Marcus Rashford.
Rashford has been in inspirational form at the start of the season, with the club touting him as the best player to come out of the academy in recent years.
The extent of his injury is yet to be determined, but judging by the sound of things it might keep him sidelined for quite a while which obviously isn’t great.
