Jadon Sancho is Manchester United’s first major signing of the summer transfer window – and he looks delighted after the move has been confirmed.
After years of interest, Manchester United have finally landed their man. Jadon Sancho will be playing his football at Old Trafford next season.
Four brilliant years in Germany have Sancho ready to return back to his home country. Though this time, he’ll be playing for the Red half of Manchester rather than Blue.
You always felt like Sancho wanted the move back to England and now that is has been confirmed, we’ve seen the first photo of Sancho since. It’s fair to say he looked delighted during England training yesterday, as he gears up to take on Ukraine tomorrow night.

It’s just a shame we’ve not really seen Sancho given the opportunity to showcase his talents while at EURO 2020, with Gareth Southgate preferring other options.
That’s probably not a bad thing for United, though, as Sancho is resting up rather than putting his body through the stress of starting several games at a major tournament.
All that’s left to sort out in regards to the transfer is a medical, which will likely be sorted out when England’s European Championship campaign is over. Then, we’ll finally get to see the photos of him donning the new United jersey, coupled with all the quotes from both player and manager.
Personally, I just can’t wait to see this lad play. Sadly, I doubt we’ll see him much during pre-season due to his England commitments, but bring on that Premier League opener against Leeds United, when he’s tearing it up down that right-wing.
