Jadon Sancho could yet stay at Manchester United beyond this summer…
Manchester United Football Club have been dealing with several off-field distractions this season – most notably before the turn of the year. The Glazer’s sold a minor stake in the club, Antony had legal battles and Jadon Sancho’s issue was headline news for several weeks.
Eventually, the England international ended up heading back to Borussia Dortmund on loan; the place where Sancho initially made a name for himself.
By all accounts, Sancho has been decent. Nothing more. Nothing less. Honestly, I assumed Sancho would never pull on the United shirt again, but that may not be the case…
Earlier this week we covered a claim which suggested Sancho could get another chance at United – assuming Erik ten Hag lost his job.
Now, that has been backed up by a second source in the form of Rudy Galetti. He states that the struggling United star ‘will return’ to the Reds this summer after his Dortmund loan.
Again, Sancho is given a chance at a possible United stay, if Ten Hag is relieved of his duties. As a result, the winger could remain at the club beyond this coming summer…
Check out Rudy Galetti’s X post on the news here:
🚨⏳ Jadon #Sancho, the 🏴 winger will return to #MUFC at the end of the season: with a potential change of the manager, he could stay.

‼️ As told, Erik Ten Hag's position is at risk, with #ManUTD that – in the last days – explored the negotiation room for Thiago #Motta. 🐓⚽ pic.twitter.com/Ru40gcPi4W
Honestly, this talk is just wild to me. If Sir Jim Ratcliffe is truly serious about making a positive impact at United, he has to start by cutting ties with Sancho.
United need to show they cannot be bullied and dictated to by one single player, who, let’s be honest, didn’t really set the world alight during his time at Old Trafford.
Sancho has been a real problem in that dressing room. Whether you like it or not, it’s just pure fact. The turning up late to training. The half-interested attitude. The social media toxicity. Having him around is not a recipe for success and that is a hill I will willingly die on.
