Manchester United commence their battle with Liverpool tomorrow afternoon, with Louis van Gaal’s men looking to make it six wins in a row. Form goes out of the window when these two sides meet, and Louis van Gaal may spring a trap of his own, by giving the 19-year old James Wilson a start in the biggest fixture in English football.
According to Red News [United fanzine], James Wilson is ‘likely’ to start the game. His energy, pace and willingness to run will certainly help United push from the front, and for me he more than deserves a spot in the line-up.
It probably means that Wayne Rooney will drop back to the #10 spot, leaving Juan Mata on the bench. It also means that Radamel Falcao will be keeping the bench warm, because there is no way that Robin van Persie or Wayne Rooney will be dropped based on current form.
Hearing Wilson likely to start tomorrow. #mufc
