Javier Hernandez sends heartfelt farewell to Manchester United fans

Manchester United let Javier Hernandez go after a successful four years at Old Trafford on deadline day, with the Mexican seeking a new challenge after failing to impress Louis van Gaal during his time in charge so far.

After completing an £8million move to Bayer Leverkusen, Chicharito was full of praise for former manager Sir Alex Ferguson, all the players he played with during his time at the club but he had a special message for United’s fans.

The 26-year old thanked the supporters for their incredible backing of the striker during his time at the club, and he went on to celebrate the two Premier League crowns he won whilst at Old Trafford.

His move away was in the best interests of all involved, and I hope he can rediscover the form we all know he is capable of whilst playing in Germany.

  1. I hated the way he was treated, he was a great professional who had his heart ripped out by the way he was treated by Moyes and LVG
