Jose Mourinho convinced he’ll be Man Utd boss, on one condition

Manchester United Football Club have almost certainly been scouting out new managers over the last few months, particularly with Louis van Gaal’s side being extremely hit and miss. The man large portions of the press reckon will take over is Jose Mourinho, but thats only likely on one condition.

The Manchester Evening News say that the self-proclaimed ‘Special One’ is convinced he will be the new gaffer at Old Trafford this summer, but only if Louis van Gaal fails to deliver Champions League football.

The paper go on to say that Jorge Mendes, Mourinho’s agent, met with Edward Woodward earlier in the week to discuss the situation, and the Portuguese manager was left ‘satisfied’ with what was said, indicating he feels he will be the manager.

At the end of the day it would be unfair to sack Louis van Gaal at this point in the season, and no decision should be made until the last ball has been kicked come the end of May.
