Manchester United’s current boss Louis van Gaal has been in charge for two seasons now, and although he did exactly what was required of him in his first year, this second campaign has been different. That has led to several questions about his long-term future at Old Trafford.
One man linked to succeed Louis van Gaal is Jose Mourinho, and the self-proclaimed Special One has had his say on the rumours, and claimed he will be back in work by July.
“In July, I will be back. So we are in May. May to July is nothing. I need to sign by June 30.” Mourinho said.
The Portuguese manager has been out of work for around six months now and you can tell he is itching to get back involved as soon as possible.
No doubt they’ll be a whole host of clubs chasing his signature, with Manchester United frontrunners at the moment. Edward Woodward and co will have to act quick though, because July will come around before we know it, especially with the European Championships just around the corner.
