Jose Mourinho is already making changes on the field that are plain to all to see, and that’s what makes him different from his predecessor Louis van Gaal. We’ve been playing some attractive football this season, and I really do believe that our new manager wants to stay at Old Trafford for the long term.
With that said, he will be allowed the time to further change and develop the squad he has at his disposal, as well as the style of play being implemented on those players.
One man who definitely isn’t having as good of a season as he did last campaign is Marcus Rashford, and now, The Sun report that the self-proclaimed Special One is not happy with the man from Wythenshawe.
Jose believes that the 19-year-old Rashford is struggling to live up to the hype around him because of the form in his debut season. The manager was left furious with Rashford during the 1-0 victory over Tottenham, because he made it far too easy for the Tottenham attackers to go past him in the dying embers of the game.
Kyle Walker managed to get the better of Rashford on two occasions, as he nutmegged the man who came on a sub to protect the lead twice – causing an overlap and a huge chance down that side of the field for Spurs.
The report closes out by saying that Jose is keen to protect the Englishman in the public domain, which is obviously the best way to deal with things.
