Jose Mourinho reveals mixed injury news as Man United prepare to take on AFC Bournemouth

Manchester United Football Club take on AFC Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium tomorrow lunchtime, as Jose Mourinho’s men look to pick up where they left off from last time out.

Ahead of the clash, the self-proclaimed Special One met the media to provide us with the all-important team news, and although the gaffer told reporters that Jesse Lingard and Alexis Sanchez are back fit and available for selection, both Marouane Fellaini and Diogo Dalot will remain sidelined.

To have the attacking duo back is huge. Lingard’s movement has always been a massive asset for United, and one that Mourinho often takes full advantage of. The right-wing has turned into a real problem area for the Red Devils, and thankfully, that’s the position in which our #14 often does his best work.

Sanchez has had a stop-start season and perhaps that explains the poor form. With Romelu Lukaku also struggling, this may well be an excellent opportunity for the man from Chile to get the nod as the main striker. It’s definitely worth trying out because, let’s be honest, he cannot do any worse.

As for the injured pair, who knows how far away they are from returning. Hopefully, it’s not too long and we have them back soon.
