20-year old Josh King made his United debut in the Champions League against Galaasaray on Tuesday, and today it has been confirmed that the youngster will be joining Npower Championship side Blackburn Rovers on loan until January. King has previous loan history in England, back in 2010 he had a loan spell with Preston.
Blackburn confirmed the deal on their official website, hinting that his versatility and his ability to play on the wing played a part in their interest in the Norweigan.
King has found his chances at United limited, with the abundance of talent ahead of him in the pecking order, recently he has also claimed his United future is unclear and uncertain. If he can prove himself by scoring a few goals from now until January, the young lad may find himself in Fergie’s plans for the second half of the season. If not, he may find himself staying at Blackburn until the end of the season, and possibly a permanent move in the not too distant future.
