Well, it has been a long time coming but our little Spanish magician Juan Mata finally has his first Manchester United goal in his tenth appearance. The goal itself was a super piece of individual skill inside the area, rounded off with a smart finish into the bottom corner.
The 25-year old has been a breath of fresh air for our fans this season. Mata oozes class on and off the pitch and he just loves to play the game which is great to watch. He celebrates every goal like a fan and he’s fast becoming one of my favourite players.
I for one cannot wait for his weekly blog on Monday morning, which is fast becoming my highlight of the day!

Quality player and from what I can gather he is a gentleman too. Great respect to him for being so enthusiastic about the club and fans, I hope and prey the management team do not let him down. Kagawa again showed his value alongside Mata, two quality technical players that could develop into something special if given time. My fear is that Kagawa will be used as a pawn in some transfer deal and it will be to our great loss.
If Moyes is not shown the door he has to change all aspects of his management, his mental attitude and his backroom staff. What world class player would want to be told what to do by someone with no proven record of success?
