Key Manchester United player ruled out of Leicester game through injury

Jose Mourinho will have to get Manchester United back to winning ways this weekend, but it won’t be easy. The visitors? Champions Leicester City who have looked pretty handy at the start of this season too. Three points here is an absolute must, though.

Ahead of that game, Manchester United fans were delighted when Martial tweeted that he is back in training. However, according to ESPN, the talented French attacker will not be available for selection to a contusion in his leg, and not the concussion that he suffered against Watford.

This is a real shame for Martial himself, who hasn’t really been at the races at the start of this campaign. He has it in him to keep fighting and improve, though, and I’m sure we’ll see him get back to his brilliant best in the not too distant future.

On a positive note, it probably means we’ll see Marcus Rashford playing from the start, and Manchester United look a much more threatening team with the young Mancunian in the line-up.
