Louis van Gaal labels Leicester player as ‘very nasty for us’

Manchester United take on Leicester City tomorrow evening, in a game that is going to be extremely hard-fought from the start. In what is an unexpected top of the table clash, all eyes will be on Jamie Vardy as he looks to break Ruud van Nistelrooy’s scoring record.

Ahead of the game, Louis van Gaal met the media and has labelled Vardy a ‘very nasty player’ based upon his performance against Manchester United last season.

“He was already last year a very nasty player for us.” Louis van Gaal said when asked about Jamie Vardy.

The Englishman absolutely dominated us last year away at Leicester. He gave the defence plenty of problems with his pace from the first minute right until the last, but this time around you feel that we’ll certainly be more prepared for what he has to offer.
