Louis van Gaal should ‘pack his bags’ if he fails to win title, pundit claims

Manchester United ended a horrific week with another loss away at Bournemouth, as pressure mounts on Louis van Gaal. The BBC pundit Robbie Savage has claimed that if the Iron Tulip doesn’t win the title this season, he may as well pack his bags.

“If he does not win the title this season, he might as well pack his bags,” Savage began.

“For me, the equation for Van Gaal is simple: It is the title or bust. I am not in favour of sacking managers – not in mid-season, at any rate – but I know that a lot of United fans have had enough. The jokes are on one of the biggest clubs in the world – and that cannot be right.”

At the end of the day, the stats say that David Moyes’ Manchester United were having a better season than Louis van Gaal this term. This must be worrying for the fans and the board, because the football is dull, defensive and to be quite frank, its atrocious to watch.
