Louis van Gaal speaks out on crowd yelling at the team to attack

Manchester United secured a much-needed home victory against West Brom yesterday, but once again Louis van Gaal came into some criticism from large portions of the crowd yelling ‘attack, attack, attack’. After the game, the Iron Tulip had his say on the situation.

‘Fans yell ‘attack, attack, attack’ and we go onto attack for 85 mins. Do you think it’s alright to yell, as a fan?” Louis van Gaal said.

Sure, I understand its tough when teams come to Old Trafford and defend for ninety minutes but the stats do not lie. United are the side that have created the least amount of chances in the Premier League, and that simply has to change.

Football is a winning business, but the football on display isn’t the most exciting to watch for the match going fans. Its tedious, slow, and lacks any real movement and creativity.
