Luke Shaw is having a monster season in 2020/21. Now, he’s been named Man Utd Player of the Month.
Manchester United have placed so much expectation on Bruno Fernandes’ shoulders, it’s easy to forget that this squad is a pretty good one. Sure, we’re still a few players away from a major title challenge, but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer deserves credit for the work he’s doing.
Another man in the form of his life right now is Luke Shaw. I’m not sure where it’s come from but the Englishman is playing at a supremely-high level. He looks filled with confidence, rejuvenated and completely injury-free.
We’re now starting to see some of the form we expected to see when Shaw was signed from Southampton back in 2014. I have to say, I’m loving every single second of it.
Shaw has been rewarded for being United’s best player in the month of February, scooping the Red Devils’ Player of the Month award, donning a beaming smile when presented with the trophy…

More than anything, I’m just happy for Shaw. This is a guy who had the footballing world at his feet, before it was cruelly stolen away due to nasty injuries.
Although it has taken a few years, the now-25-year-old is back to his brilliant best and it is an absolute pleasure watching him buccaneering up and down that left-hand side game-in-game-out.
In February, he was by far and away the Red Devils’ best performer. He’s started March in a similar manner, too. It just gives the manager one less problem to worry about going into a massive summer transfer window – and long may this insane form continue.
