Luke Shaw’s transfer to Manchester United looked like a done deal a few days ago, and even today Mark Ogden from the Telegraph claimed it would only be a ‘matter of time’. However Jamie Jackson who writes for the Guardian claims the deal has stalled.
Apparently Patrice Evra’s contract renewal has put Shaw’s Manchester United future in doubt, with the English teenager said to be seriously ‘considering his options’ as he doesn’t want to rush into a deal taking him away from Southampton.
It is believed that David Moyes did most of the legwork regarding Luke Shaw’s transfer, and now that Moyes has gone, Shaw is said to be weighing up his next move.
Shaw’s participation in the World Cup could prove to be a problem, because when the England team fly out for their training camp on June 1st, its almost certain no deals will then be done until after the World Cup is finished in mid-July.
Its also worth noting that Chelsea now have money to spend due to the sale of David Luiz to PSG. So they could well swoop and challenge us for Shaw’s signature, without being penalized by Financial Fair Play.

Shaw will be the number one. I think EVRA will play some games but he is a very good link in the dressing room who plays for the badge every game
England must be returning early from the World Cup. MID JUNE!!!
Shaw for liverpool
LFC needs a good LB and Shaw fits the bill however with only 50 million pound to spend they can effort to spend 27 million pound on one player alone. They will have to look for cheaper alternatif.
