Well, we’ve been waiting on this one for a while! Here at Old Trafford Faithful, we love a new kit and today, the Man United 2020/21 home kit leak is here.
It comes from the guys over at Footy Headlines, who have been our go-to kit leakers for years. What’s interesting is that they also add that the kit could well be released in early-August, when United take on LASK in the Europa League.
Adidas have been our kit manufacturers for a few season’s now, with the sports brand kicking it back old-school. This time, though, they’ve gone a little bolder.
As is typical, the shirt is predominantly red with the tradition Adidas ‘Three Stripe’ on the shoulder. Chevrolet are still the main kit sponsor, while the Kohler logo remains on the left arm.
Anyway, here is the Man United 2020/21 home kit leak:

Personally, I prefer the rounded-neck kits, while the black-yellow stripe graphic that was on previous leaks is still on this kit – albeit in a far more subtle manner than before.
The primary choice for shorts and socks will be white, though from time-to-time, don’t be surprised to see the Red Devils opt for black due to kit clashes and whatnot.
Personally, I like it. It’s possibly my favourite shirt design that Adidas have made for us so far due to it being a little more modern. However, I’ll reserve full judgement until we see it in the flesh when it’s officially unveiled by the club.
Over the last couple of years, United have released one of next season’s kit toward’s the end of the campaign previous. That hasn’t happened this term due to COVID-19, but perhaps we will see this on full display in the Europa League when that starts back up again in a week or so…
Jadon Sancho would certainly look good in this jersey, huh…?
