Man United have eyes on Ajax goalkeeper, Diant Ramaj.
Manchester United Football Club are preparing for a massive summer transfer window. The Red Devils will need to continue to back Erik ten Hag financially, as he looks to overhaul this playing squad.
Several names have already been linked with an Old Trafford switch, with the rumours set to continue – and likely increase in volume.
This morning’s latest claim links a goalkeeper with a Manchester United transfer. You may be wondering why, though when you read that Altay Bayindir isn’t entirely happy at the Theatre of Dreams, it does make sense.
It’s Christian Falk with the claim. He states that United ‘are interested’ in signing the 22-year-old Ajax player, Diant Ramaj.
The Reds will face competition for the Ajax man, who is also being eyed by both Arsenal and Chelsea.
Check out Christian Falk’s X post on the news here:
Our Story: @Arsenal @ManUtd and @chelsea are interested in the German goalkeeper Diant Ramaj (22) of Ajax Amsterdam #EnglischeWoche @SPORTBILD @altobelli13

Ramaj only joined Ajax in the summer of 2023, though he’s already amassed 24 appearances for the Amsterdam side. He’s showing all the characteristics of a top-class goalkeeper in the making, hence, the interest in his signature is already plentiful.
No transfer cost is mentioned by Falk, though you’d imagine Ajax will not let Ramaj leave cheaply at this stage in his career, particularly as they’re under no pressure to sell at this moment in time.
The problem for United is that they will not be able to offer Ramaj any playing time guarantees due to Andre Onana being the undisputed number one at the club. It’s why Altay wants to leave so soon. Any goalkeeper with ambition and half a brain will not want to become a back-up at such an early stage of their career.
