Man United dealt Jude Bellingham blow as midfielder chooses Dortmund: report

Manchester United are set for a huge summer transfer window of spending. The Old Trafford outfit are definitely trending upwards under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, though further signings are needed to take us to that next level.

Amongst the names constantly linked with an Old Trafford switch was Birmingham City’s Jude Bellingham. The mega-talented midfielder has seen his stock rise drastically this term, with the teenager likely to leave the Midlands outfit this summer.

United have made no bones about their interest in the midfielder, actually giving him and his parents a tour of the AON Training Complex as the youngster contemplates his decision.

Look, the blueprint is there. Both United and Dortmund have an excellent track record when it comes to developing youth. However, you can’t deny Jadon Sancho made the right transfer when moving to Germany, while Erling Haaland did similar just a couple of months ago, rejecting United and heading to the Westfalonstadion.
