Marcus Rashford is the latest Man United injury concern, as the forward came off against Real Betis after a bad-looking injury.

There appears to be more than meets the eye on the Manchester United injury front. At this point, it cannot be just bad luck as the Reds continue their treatment table woes during pre-season.

It has now been confirmed Leny Yoro is out for three months. Rasmus Hojlund is sidelined for six weeks, too.

The Red Devils took on Real Betis as their tour continued overnight. The injury concerns also continued…

This time, it’s Marcus Rashford. The Englishman was blatantly fouled in the area and no penalty was given. However, Rashy stayed down.

It became clear quite quickly that United had been dealt another injury blow. Rashford was able to walk off, albeit he was limping and he headed straight down the tunnel. It didn’t look great from the Englishman, after a lively performance.

Obviously, it’s too early to tell how serious this problem is, but Rashford did not look in a good way at all. It looked like a foot issue for the key Reds star, so here’s hoping it’s not a second metatarsal problem for a big-name player in the space of a few days…

I know Rashford divides opinion like no other, particularly after a poor 2023/24 season, though United are a better team when he’s in it. Losing him for any sort of lengthy period immediately makes our attack far weaker.

Now we face an anxious wait until we hear official confirmation on how long Rashy is out for… Fingers crossed it’s not as bad as it looked.
